CHATHAM FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

January 22, 2008

 Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 1800 hours with Trustee Butler, Trustee Sullivan, and Trustee Branham present.

 Trustee Butler made a motion to adopt ordinance 07-CFPD-05 which raises ambulance fees 5%. Trustee Branham seconded the motion. Motion passed with a unanimous aye vote. 

Board made a motion to go into closed session at 1810 hours. The meeting was reopened at 1830 hours. 

Trustee Sullivan made a motion to proceed with the purchase of ground for the future use of the Chatham Fire Protection District. Motion was seconded by Trustee Butler and was passed with a unanimous aye vote.

 The meeting was adjourned at 1835 hours.
