The lobby or main entrance to the fire station is accessed from the east side of the building.

The items on display, include, to short handled axes and pike pole retired from use. Also, shown on the wall below the pike pole are letters taken from the signage that read "Chatham Community Fire Protection District" on the front of the previous fire station. They were arranged and mounted on a board for this lobby. The Fire Alarm Box, which is for display only, was also removed from the previous fire station.
