CHATHAM FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
Special Meeting
September 4, 2008
- Present were: Trustee Hughes, Trustee Sullivan, Chief Schumer, Assistant Chief Osborne, Firefighter Bolletta, Commissioner Bliefnick, and Attorney Claire Manning.
- Meeting was called to order at 1620 hours.
- Motion to approve the minutes for August 12, 2008 was made by Trustee Hughes and seconded by Trustee Sullivan, motion passed:

- NEW BUSINESS
- Commissioner Bliefnick read a letter the Commissioners have prepared for the District Board. The Commissioners gave the Board the names of the five candidates from their hiring list.
- Board of Trustees went into executive session at 1623 hrs.
- Board of Trustees came out of executive session at 1855 hrs.
- Motion to hire the five candidates, Beau Friday, James Follis, Robert Bose, Jeremy Jacobs, and Trent Reeise; with a start date of September 22, 2008 was made by Trustee Sullivan and was seconded by Trustee Hughes, motion passed:

- Motion was made to put Office Manager Dawn Sanchez on light duty by Trustee Sullivan and was seconded by Trustee Hughes, motion passed:

- Motion to adjourn meeting at 1859 hours made by Trustee Sullivan and seconded by Trustee Hughes, motion passed:
